We are Hiring a Key Account Manager with the following responsibilities :

 

-Managing the entire selling process and account communications.

-Establish a strong working relationship and build trust.

-Communication Facilitating between Era company and Amazon vendor communications regarding negotiating prices, managing orders, and handling customer feedback or disputes.

-Support the dealing process on the marketplace to ensure the smooth handling of business transactions on Amazon’s platform

-Conduct market research to gather insights and identify opportunities.

-Create product listings and compelling product descriptions on vendor and seller central platforms.

-Oversee large projects/Products related to sales and accounts.

 

Qualifications :

 

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

2+years of experience in sales and account management

-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills

-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

-Have a good knowledge At Digital Platform Like as Noon,Amazon Marketplace and Vendor Central

-Professional in English and Arabic is required
